Get your free military admission to theme parks now!
As you all know, members of the military and their families can get free military admission to theme parks, from Disneyland to Sea World. They are entitled up to four free tickets, one for the member of the military and three direct dependents. The tickets are valid throughout the season, as long as you register first at your local MWR/ITT office before claiming the tickets. We've claimed various free military admission tickets to theme parks because my dad and my some of my cousins serve in the military. So when we usually visit theme parks like Disneyland, we usually don't spend anything on admission tickets because we get more than enough. But I want to share a particularly enjoyable trip to Disneyland that happened a few years ago.
My cousins and I claimed their free military admission to different theme parks, and we chose to use the ones to Disneyland first because it was only a few months before Christmas and we wanted to be able to go there for the kids before people start crowding the park. So we went ahead and claimed about 12 tickets and we didn't even spend on anything yet. But our savings for the would-be ultimate military discounted travel didn't stop there.
Don't wait any longer to get a great military vacation deals!
When the officer in the local office found out we were going on a vacation to Disneyland, he also gave us tips on how we can save more on lodging and other expenses. For instance, he gave us the days available when we could get savings to different hotels near Disneyland for a much lower price. The one we stayed at we had about 40% off on overall expenses, and the service still included complimentary breakfast, free internet access, flowing coffee throughout the day, and very good service from all the staff. If you want to take advantage of your military discounted travel, make sure you register in your local MWR/ITT office. We were just lucky enough to have given the tips but it made our vacation all the more special, not to mention much more affordable. And it made the free military admission to theme parks much more special.
